Control solution is used to practice on your meter system or to run a check to make sure the meter and test strips are working properly. Use only the control solution intended for your meter.
For example, if you are using a CONTOUR®NEXT GEN, CONTOUR®NEXT ONE or CONTOUR®NEXT EZ meter, use only the CONTOUR®NEXT control solution. Using any other control solution other than that intended for your meter can cause inaccurate results.
